Arizona State Requirements to Renew Your License

The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires licensees to renew their real estate license every two years.

Total hours required: 24 Hours

Below, you'll find the allocation of required hours:

  • Agency Law - 3 hours
  • Contract Law - 3 hours
  • Federal Fair Housing - 3 hours
  • Commissioner's Standards - 3 hours
  • Real Estate Legal Issues - 3 hours
  • Disclosure - 3 hours
  • General Course - 3 hours
  • General Course - 3 hours

Our 24-hour renewal package is designed to contain each category of classes needed to renew your license. Real estate license holders in Arizona will not be eligible for credit exceeding nine hours of continuing education during a 24-hour timeframe.

After completion of each class, you are automatically issued an electronic certificate. You are given 60 days from the date of purchase to complete the class(es). If you have trouble accessing the certificate(s) please contact [email protected]
