CONTRACT WRITING REAL ESTATE CLASSES IN PHOENIX, AZ

What is Contract Writing?

"The Introduction to Contract Writing" is a 6-hour course approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate that teaches contract law and real estate legal issues. This class is needed in order to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson's License and is separate from the 90-hour Salesperson Course.

Our Instructor and President, Earnest Guill, brings real-life examples when explaining the process of selling and buying a home. In this course, you will have a clear understanding of a purchase contract, the four listing agreements, addendums, counteroffers, seller disclosure statements, and other real estate-related terminology and content. The class is a live lecture class with an open forum format.
